Can you guess the fish food name? ha ha, yes it’s Mathi Meen Mutta Fry! - Sardine Fish Egg Fry!! 😋 At home or restaurants many would leave it to waste. Do not waste it. It’s damn tasty and very good for health.

It’s simple to cook.

1. Wash the fish eggs well with salt water.
2. Add chilli, paper and salt to taste.
3. Mix it well and wait for 15 mins to set.
4. Fry it with oil under low flame. Do not deep fry.

Malabar Canteen’s Chicken Veechu Parotta was one of the best I had 😋. Chicken keema with the spices were blended well, stuffed with vegetables & folded in soft veechu parotta. I was really missing this stuff as we don’t get much variety of such in Kochi. It’s a common food in #Coimbatore and across Tamilnadu #whatiatetoday#instablog
